AP’s Raghav Chadha’s Jibe At Parties Who Backed Delhi Services Bill
New Delhi:AP’s Raghav Chadha’s Jibe At Parties : AP’s Raghav Chadha’s Jibe At Parties Who Backed Delhi Services Bill. Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha today took a swipe the YSR Congress Party and the Biju Janata Dal for backing Centre’s services bill saying that they must have done so due to some compulsions.
“There must have been some compulsion, people don’t turn unfaithful for no reason,” Mr Chadha said.
The AAP leader also cautioned the Opposition parties saying that if Centre manages to push the bill in Delhi, they will replicate it in all non-BJP ruled states.
Raghav Chadha’s response came after the public authority postponed the Public authority of Public Capital Domain of Delhi (Change) Bill, 2023 in Lok Sabha yesterday in the midst of vociferous fights by resistance MPs.
The bill, which gives the lieutenant lead representative the last say on the exchange and posting of authorities of the regional government, will supplant a statute proclaimed on May 19.
The statute for all intents and purposes nullified the High Court decision on May 11 that gave the chosen AAP administration command over administrations, including move and posting of civil servants of the regional government.

“This bill, which tries to give abrogating powers to the organization and the lieutenant lead representative, will supplant a majority rule government in Delhi with ‘babucracy’,” Mr Chadha guaranteed.
