New Delhi: The Delhi government has requested 2,026 electric transports to be added to its armada by December 2025 with the initial 100 expected to be conveyed by September this year, as per an authority articulation.
PMI Electro, one of the country’s biggest electric transport makers, reported that it will convey 728 nine-meter-long electric transports each to Delhi Transport Enterprise and the Vehicle Division. Aside from this, 570 electric transports, which are 12-meter long, will be conveyed to the Vehicle Office.
As per the assertion, these 2026 e-transports will save 14.50 lakh lots of CO2 in Delhi for the following 12 years, it said.
Satish Jain, the director of PMI Electro, said the organization will likewise assist the Delhi government with normal support of transports to guarantee zero margin time.
