New Delhi: Renowned comic and YouTuber from Chhattisgarh, Devraj Patel kicked the bucket in a street mishap on Monday. The YouTuber was headed to shoot a video in Raipur.
As per the data, Patel was riding a pillion when the mishap happened at around 3:30 pm. He was getting back from Nava Raipur in the wake of recording a video, an authority said. He was hit by a truck because of which he experienced serious wounds to the head and other body parts.
The mishap happened close to Labhandih region under Telibandha police headquarters limits when the handle of the bike hit the truck which was heading down a similar path and Patel, who was riding a pillion, went under the back tire of the weighty vehicle, the authority said.
Bicycle rider Rakesh Manhar, who got away from safe in the mishap, called up an emergency vehicle following which Patel was moved to a medical clinic where he was proclaimed dead, he added.
An inhabitant of Mahasamund, the youthful YouTuber became renowned with his video ‘Dil se bura lagta hai’.
Mourning his demise, Chhattisgarh Boss Clergyman Bhupesh Baghel shared an old video of Devraj on his authority Twitter account and expressed, “Devraj Patel, who made his place among crores of individuals with ‘Dil Se Bura Lagta Hai’, who made all of us chuckle, left us today. The deficiency of astonishing ability quite early on is extremely miserable. May God invigorate his family and friends and family to bear this misfortune. Om Shanti,” Mr Baghel tweeted in Hindi.
Not long after Mr Baghel’s tweet, aficionados of the YouTuber communicated their trouble on the virtual entertainment stage.
